One in three customers leave their provider every year due to limited choice in services, inadequate last-mile infrastructure to provide the latest in service advancement and poor customer service. At OpenOptics, we set out to change all that. We start by treating you, your company and the community you serve as our very own. Because you are.

How are we different
from the status quo?

With us, you have one call and one contact. We assign you a project manager who is with you from start to finish. When and how we communicate is up to you. We invest in you and your future. And we’re there even after the build to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.

Step 1.

Within 48 hours of contract execution, we assign your dedicated project manager and we schedule an internal team call.

Step 2.

We hold an internal team call to determine all aspects from contract initiation to proposed completion date.

Step 3.

Within seven business days of contract execution, we set a kick-off call with you and your team to discuss all aspects of project from contract commitments to project phase estimates and overall proposed completion dates.

Step 4.

From there, it’s up to you to let us know your preferred update requirements: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Step 5.

Upon completion, our implementation manager follows up with a letter of completion and a customer survey.
